Set atop a hill overlooking East Grand Traverse Bay, this spacious home is located just 4 miles from the Traverse City Horse Shows! With sweeping panoramic views and plenty of room to play and relax, Bay Views Executive Retreat is ideal for your Northern Michigan summer getaway! Aside from a setting close to the horse shows, you will be central to the Traverse City restaurants and wineries as well as the quaint harbor villages of Elk Rapids and Charlevoix. Sightseeing, adventure, and crystal clear water abounds in any direction!
You will find everything you need in the Chef’s kitchen with a Wolf range and 2 Sub-Zero refrigerators and freezers. The main level kitchen opens to the living room which has a large stone fireplace and 55 inch TV, as well as the dining area. Sit in any space and take in the views while sharing time with your family and friends. Just off the dining area is a quiet den looking out onto the picturesque landscape. The master suite is on the main level as well, with a king size, sleep number i8 bed, and a 55 inch TV. The adjoining master bath has a walk-in shower and roomy jacuzzi tub. A half bath, the laundry room, and convenient mudroom round out the main level of the home.
Upstairs, you enter into and open loft area looking down over the living and dining rooms. A set of bedrooms with queen size Beauty Rest mattress beds share a jack and Jill bath and each room has a 30 inch TV. The third bedroom on the second level has a king size bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress and 40 inch TV. One more full bath resides on this level. The basement is the entertainment and activity center of this beautiful home! Head downstairs to the open floor plan with a second living room, 65 inch TV and cozy fireplace. The kitchenette features a full size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave as well as a table for dining, or cards and games. You will find the fifth bedroom here as well, and it has a king Beautyrest mattress and 55 inch TV.
Opposite the living and dining areas, enjoy a little friendly competition with both pool and ping pong tables! Want to take in a movie or your favorite show? Head into the movie theater with a 120 inch screen and 4 power reclining chairs! There’s even a little something for the gym goers! Start your day with a morning workout on the NordicTrack commercial spin bike, or Precor commercial elliptical machine. You could also add some time in the 6 person sauna, located off of the full bathroom! The basement walks out onto the lower patio and lawn where you can never get enough of the amazing sunsets. The patio area includes a 36 inch Blackstone flat top, Rec Tec 700 pellet smoker for grilling and outdoor dining.
