The highlight of this beautifully appointed loft is its spectacular rooftop deck! You have the feel of a wide open space, yet our slatted privacy screen creates a feeling of seclusion from neighboring buildings. Imagine looking out over town with your morning coffee, retiring with your evening glass of wine and a sunset, or simply stargazing on those warm summer evenings.
Step inside this bright, airy space and you won’t want to leave! No detail in design has been overlooked. You’ll find the lighting, furniture, and decor to be elegant and crisp and at the same time, warm and welcoming.
The open floor plan lends itself to gathering together as you relax in the cozy living area, prepare meals, or hang out at the large kitchen island. Open the multi slide patio doors and bring the outdoors in! The rooftop deck truly feels like an extension of the loft, or is it the other way around?
Two bedrooms, two full baths, and laundry can all be found just down the hall. The guest bedroom holds a queen bed, and the ensuite primary, a king. If you have extra guests, no problem. There is a discreet murphy bed in the living area!
Perched above the downtown River St Market, you are literally steps away from fresh food and menu items, beer, wine and spirits! And don’t worry about the bustle of the market, heavily insulated flooring and walls were a thoughtful addition.
We welcome you to Raven’s Nest with a $5200 weekly fee and $2000 refundable security deposit. Pets are considered. Cleaning and Pet fees vary depending on length of stay.
