While at the house, you won’t even know you’re in town and when you venture out, you’re right in the heart of Elk Rapids! You’ll have favorite restaurants like Pearl’s and The Dam Shop, local watering holes like Short’s and Ethnology, as well as multiple beaches, golf, and shopping all within a mile of your retreat! If you’re in town for the Traverse City Horse Show, you’ll be a quick 10 mile drive away from Flintfields Horse Park!
The large and fully stocked kitchen will not disappoint the cooks in the family and both dining options, indoor or out are easy access so everyone can mingle while meals are being prepared.
Riverbreeze sleeps 8 guests comfortably in beds. The primary king bedroom and another queen ensuite bedroom are located on the lower level. You’ll find the remaining two bedrooms (a king and a queen) and another full bath on the upper level.
Don’t hesitate to share this spacious hideaway with your group this summer for $4000/week. Pets are considered with a pet fee and housekeeping depends on length of stay.
