Located on a private drive, this newly remodeled ranch has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and hardwood floors. It sits just across the street (a stones throw away) from beautiful Elk Lake. Located in Williamsburg it is only 5 1/2 miles from the Traverse City Horse Shows with no major roads to travel. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with adjoining full bathroom. Two other bedrooms have a queen and a full size bed. Large kitchen and living room with an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. There also is a bonus reading/sitting room for that much needed quiet time. Amenities include: WiFi, large washer and dryer, satellite TV, 60" HDTV in the family room and smaller TV in master bedroom, outdoor deck with gas grill, public access to Elk Lake across the street.
$2800 per week and a $150 cleaning fee. 50% deposit required to book your stay. No pets please. Available June, July, and August this summer.
