PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This sweet little home is about 10 miles from the Traverse City Horse Show in Elk Rapids. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants and shopping! It sleeps up to 4, with 2 bedrooms (a queen and two twin beds) and 1.5 baths. There is wifi, A/C, a fireplace, outdoor grill and patio with fire pit.

The rental fee is $2500/week with an added $150 housekeeping fee per two week stay and $500 refundable damage deposit. Pets considered. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your dates.
