This bi- level, 5000 sq. ft. home can easily sleep up to 12 people with 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bath, and 3 decks overlooking the valley. Wildlife abounds, turkeys, deer, eagles dot our landscape. Our location is ideally situated for easy access to the world class amenities of the award-winning Grand Traverse Region! There are 3 queen and 5 full sized beds, all with luxurious linens, spacious rooms, vaulted ceiling in living room and a beautiful private outdoor area. The master bedroom offers cherry floors, fireplace, double headed shower, jacuzzi tub and 2 bathrooms and a private deck overlooking the wooded landscape.
The Carlisle House offers a marvelous main level chef’s kitchen, with custom granite countertops and Bosch appliances, and offers a convenient 2nd kitchen on the lower level. This house also offers 3 fireplaces, central air, private laundry room access, hi definition TVs, cable and WIFI access. Workout equipment including treadmill, Bo flex, ping pong table, and free weights all included. There are multiple decks for relaxing and entertaining, along with a firepit and outdoor spa hot tub. Enjoy magnificent sunrises overlooking our 3 waterfalls, 50,000-gallon man made pond, and gorgeous landscaping. This ultimate vacation home has all the amenities you want, all while being close to the many beaches, restaurants, wineries and shopping opportunities that this Grand Traverse Region has to offer!
The Carlisle House offers unparalleled natural beauty, exceptional privacy in a luxurious comfortable setting. The Carlisle House is available with a weekly fee of $7000. Weekly housekeeping is $300 with a $300 end-of-stay cleaning and there is a refundable security deposit of $1500. Small pets considered with a fee.
