PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Welcome to The Cottage! Experience living in a quaint harbor town in this popular west side neighborhood of Elk Rapids (about 9 miles from the Traverse City Horse Shows). Enjoy two large living areas with sleeping for up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms and a cozy loft. Grill and dine on the deck overlooking the large, private backyard, followed with an evening bonfire. The Cottage has a lower level bedroom with a queen bed and cable TV. On the upper level there are two bedrooms, the first is a suite with a queen bed and a half bathing the other has a set of twin beds. The fourth bedroom is in the loft off of the kitchen, with a day bed and trundle. Back downstairs, the kitchen is fully equipped, sharing space with the large open family room which has plenty of seating and cable TV. Outside, a large deck with gas grill overlooks the backyard and fire pit. Keep cool at The Cottage on the warmest summer nights with central air.
Stay at The Cottage for a weekly fee of $3200. Pets are considered. Cleaning and pet fees depend on length of stay and there is a $1500 fully refundable security deposit. Available July, August and September!
