This charming 2,641 square foot home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood cut-de-sac with majestic views of East Grand Traverse Bay, and is just a 15 mile drive along the water’s edge to the Traverse City Horse Shows! This location has anything you‘ll need and everything you want to see and do during your visit. You will be close to restaurants, wineries, shopping, beaches, golf…and always surrounded by breathtaking views of the crystal clear waters of East and West Bay!
Up to six guests can stay in this 3 bedroom/3 bath Peninsula home. The main level holds the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and cozy seating area with a gas fireplace. The seating area opens to a large, airy sunroom with panoramic views of East Bay! From here, walk out onto the very private, two level deck where you’ll have another outdoor living area and dining space with a gas grill. No doubt this is where you’ll spend most of your time at The Peninsula. Enjoy your coffee with the sunrise and glass of wine under the stars! Also on the main level, are the master suite with king bed and shower/tub master bath, as well as a second bedroom with a queen bed. A third bedroom with a queen bed, and bath with shower, reside in the lower level suite which has a separate entrance. The Peninsula amenities include WiFi, central air, TV’s in the living room and each bedroom, Sonos speakers and home sound system, awesome neighbors, AND it’s pet friendly!
