Three bedrooms and two and a half baths can accommodate up to 8 people in this beautifully appointed cottage. The main level houses an enclosed porch, laundry room, half bath, kitchen, living and dining areas, and master bedroom with queen bed and full bath attached. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with a full and twin bed and another full bath. Step outside and enjoy the quiet neighborhood atmosphere while relaxing in rocking chairs on the wrap around porch or grilling dinner and enjoying the backyard. A short walk through the cottage’s tree-covered neighborhood brings you to the popular restaurants and boutique shops of downtown Elk Rapids. Stroll down the path that winds along Memorial Park beach or take a walk along the boardwalk past the Upper and Lower Edward C. Grace Memorial Harbors.
Tiffany on Traverse is available in summer 2023 for $4000/week with a cleaning fee of $250 and pet fee of $150 per week (housekeeping fees and pet fees will vary with longer stays). A fully refundable security deposit of $1500 applies.
